Internet Account Access (iNet) Terms and Conditions
Terms of use
By accepting the terms of this Authorization and Release, you agree to the General Terms of Use contained on the East Coast Lumber & Building Supply Company, Inc. (ECL) web site, as well as the provisions contained herein. All account holders and authorized users are to keep user names and passwords confidential. ECL is not responsible for the failure of the Account Holder to safeguard this confidential information. Account Holders must immediately notify the ECL Accounting Department if there has been a breach in this confidential information or alleged unauthorized use of this internet account access system.
By accepting these terms and submitting the iNet signup form, you are requesting that ECL activate your store account for use online via iNet, the secured internet access system. You acknowledge the right of ECL to terminate your access to the iNet system at any time for any reason. You agree to hold ECL harmless from any harm arising from your use of the ECL web site or the use by any authorized holder listed on the authorization form. You agree that you are solely responsible for designating the security access level of any authorized user listed.
The Account Holder shall immediately notify ECL, in writing, of any change to the level of security as noted above, including any additions or deletions of authorized users.
All submitted prices are subject to change/approval by ECL before orders will be placed.
You also acklowledge that East Coast Lumber intends to use any furnished email address for the purpose of electronic marketing, as well as general business use. Your email address will be treated as secure information as defined in our privacy policy.
